Lillian Kemp is a seasoned marketing and brand strategy leader with over 12 years of experience driving growth and visibility for global luxury and consumer brands. Her career spans senior leadership roles at Moët Hennessy (LVMH) and consulting partnerships with brands such as Armand de Brignac, where she has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, overseen cross-functional teams, and delivered award-winning campaigns across digital, experiential, and sponsorship channels.
Known for her ability to translate insights into action, Lillian has led large-scale activations including Formula 1 partnerships, NBA and Super Bowl sponsorships, and cultural tentpole events. At Moët Hennessy, she launched and managed a 17-state portfolio representing 51% of regional profit, guiding agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors while leading the Atlantic region to become #1 in profit growth nationally. As a consultant, she has expanded her expertise globally, directing campaign planning, product launches, and activation guidelines that bridge creative vision with business impact.

She is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Marketing & Sciences), a proud mother to Franklin, and enjoys West Coast swing dancing, family time, and community leadership.
